A Futurefy Intelligence Service

WFH Intelligence

A virtual workplace for teams spread across countries and time zones, live presence, workload, daily goals, and a shared huddle space. One place to see everyone, and for everyone to be part of it.

The problem

Remote teams often lose the presence, connection, and visibility that naturally come with working in the same physical space. Communication becomes scattered across chat apps, video calls, task trackers, and other disconnected tools.

  • No shared sense of who's available, busy, or out, across time zones
  • Communication scattered across chat apps, video calls, and task trackers
  • Workload stays invisible until someone's already overloaded
  • Daily goals live in someone's head, not somewhere the team can see them

The solution

We built WFH Intelligence to reimagine what a shared virtual workplace could look like. Instead of piecing together multiple platforms, WFH Intelligence brings the remote work experience into one connected environment where teams can communicate, collaborate, stay aligned, and feel present with one another.

  • See who's available, busy, on a call, or on vacation, across every time zone
  • Workload and daily goals visible for everyone, not hidden in DMs
  • A shared huddle space so the team talks day to day, not just gets reported on
  • One view to oversee the team, and one team that feels part of it

See it running live below, real local time, live status, and a working huddle you can type into.

This is a live workplace below, filter the team, open a profile, or send a huddle message. People and messages are illustrative, but the clocks are real local time.

Overview

Team status right now

Live breakdown across all 10 team members

Team activity

What's happening across the workplace

Presence, without micromanaging

Live status across time zones, without needing anyone to check in constantly to prove they're working.

Workload made visible

Catch overload before it becomes burnout, not after someone's already underwater.

Goals everyone can see

Daily goals aren't private, the whole team can see what everyone's working toward today.

One team, everywhere

A shared huddle keeps a distributed team feeling like one team, not ten people in separate inboxes.

Why now

The office isn't coming back the way it was, but the sense of a shared workplace still matters.

Distributed teams aren't going away, and neither is the need for people to feel like part of something, not just a name on a spreadsheet. The teams that build a real shared workplace, not just a chat app and a task tracker bolted together, are the ones that keep people connected as they scale across cities and time zones.

If you're managing a team that's already remote or hybrid, the time to give it a real shared workplace is now.

Under the hood

This prototype runs entirely in the browser, team status, workload, and the huddle thread are all live client-side state, and every clock shown is each city's real current local time.
